Bridge to Bridge was killer this year. Of the approximately 670 riders registered for B2B, only 299 riders finished this year. Of those finishers, 274 made it to the top of Grandfather Mountain (there was an alternate early finish, that cut out the last climb). All of the Cool Breeze riders that participated, finished at the top of Grandfather Mountain. Doug Fisher was the 1st rider to make the 50 mile mark. Martin had a very strong ride. Karen was the12th overall female finisher at the top of Grandfather Mountain.

Don’t forget to make your way to the World Duathlon Championships at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Starting Thursday for the opening ceremonies and concluding Sunday this will be a jammed packed weekend for all the competitors.
We are lucky enough for three of our Elite Triathlon team members to make the USA team. Kathy Goody, Ken Partel and Sarah Matchett will all be participating in their events so please come cheer them on!

This past weekend was the Lake Norman YMCA Triathlon which we saw amazing results from our Cool Breeze Tri team.
